What is MSM?

MSM is a form of sulfur used by your body to support growth and maintenance of the connective tissue in your body such as cartilage, ligaments, tendons and bones. It is found in many foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, milk, eggs and lean meat. MSM also supports your immune system and just about every other part of your body. MSM has been gaining popularity for use externally in creams, lotions and salves. It helps soften the skin, retain the skin's elasticity and used as an arthritic treatment.
